Are people with Alice haircuts Alice wannabes?

I was at Elicat city during pasko and these girls had long blonde hair and blue eyes.The susunod araw they came back with dark red-brown short hair and black contact lenses in.They were even wearing costumes to be Alice!Those are Alice wannabes.Are you an Alice wannabe if you just have her haircut?
