She doesn't really have the music experience or know enough about it to really tell someone what they are doing wrong. She even sinabi herself that she hates crushing people's dreams and that she doesn't like to deliver bad news, so I think it's a good thing she's leaving. But with Simon leaving, Paula already left, and Kara isn't doing it anymore either, I don't think American Idol is going to last that long.

I didn't think Ellen was a good judge. Half the time she just repeated what Randy said.
