It's a Japanese comic book, read back to front and left to right. You can find mangas at most book stores, or you could read hem online. I usually use mangareader.net

There books drawn in the anime style, libraries call them "graphic novels" think of them as Japanese comic books if you must, you can probably get them at a aklatan but mangas will generally have multiple books (sometimes even madami than 100 if its popular) so selection may be limited. You can buy them but again selection may be limited and there about 10$ each and you finish them in like 1/2 oras so I'd recommend pagbaba them for free off the internet. try either link or Mangareader.net You read them from left to right so it may take some practice but you'll get the hang of it. the first time I read a manga I got a headache from trying to figure out what to read XD
