Sekai Saionji from School Days.
If you watch School Days,you might get it. I would post the reason but it is a bit long. It was hard to choose from her and Makoto.

The person that annoyed me the most was Haruno Sakura from Naruto.At the beginning she was totally useless.All that she was doing was to stay back, watch and try to draw sasuke's attention.She never really did something important..........well at least she started to train herself properly since she failed the exam while naruto and sasuke passed.But it took many episodes in order for her to be at the same level(or close) to the boys.Now i think she is okay, but at first i really couldn't support her.

Yuka from Elfen Lied. She whines and complains 24/7 and really contributes nothing to the story, not even pag-ibig to other's she's totally a mean person as well as whiny and useless.
Sakura Haruno: Yeah i kinda grew to appreciate her but come on! in the original series she looked down on Naruto,beat him up for no reason and just completely fawns over Saskue like an idiot.
And then the greatest of them......
Excalibur: I can't describe how whenever this thing came on screen i wanted to scream from annoyance. All he did was sign that annoying song and say "FOOL!". It was funny the first episode but when they put him in a filler episode in the middle of the coolest fight in season one it really made me mad.
Also those two groups of mean obnoxious tagahanga girls from fruits basket and kimi ni todoke ( especially this one!) they just remind me what i have waiting for me at school lol.

Megumi Kitagawa from Say "I pag-ibig you"

An amateur model and transfer student who was placed in Yamato's class. She acts sweet, but in reality is trying to cut Mei off from the rest of their mga kaibigan and steal Yamato.

She just thinks that she is better than everyone else.

Usui Takumi irritates me to no end. He's potentially one of the most boring anime characters I have even seen. He has no personality that I am aware of and he's perfect at everything he does. Is there one thing that he can't do? He's a perfect example of a Marty Stu, the same way with Misaki although I can tolerate her a little more.

"Zero" Louise (Zero no Tsukaima)
The most annoying character ever, I simply can't stand her. She beats the crap out of Saito, for no reason, he devoted himself to her, didn't go back to his world just to stay with her, saves her life, yet she treats him like a dog and calls him sa pamamagitan ng filthy names

Homura and Koharu irritate me to no end.

Saaya Yamabuki.She thinks she's talented at everything even though she's not

Lambo from KHR! He's so annoying but at times I think he's okay :D

And these two chicks from KHR! ASWELL! Sooo annoying like I wanna kick there asses all the way to Mars >< There annoying because they were on The Varia side, then Millifiore side, then Byakuran side~ When they talk, they annoy me, Xanxus-sama, Irie-sama, Byakuran-sama~ And when I see there faces, I facepalm :D

Well, if I posted the one character that annoys me the most i'd probably have a lot of enemies...so i'll go with the segundo on the list. This little girl from Darker Than Black S2. It takes a lot for me to get irritated, but she does it so easily...

Misaki Mei from Another. I know a lot of people like her, but just madala with me here. she's just a letdown of a character to me, and she could have had so much potential too! it just annoys me how she didnt even react to anything, not the deaths of any of her classmates OR when she was being accused. plus the fact that she took a while to actually tell someone who the dead one is(and she could have figured it out if she wanted to from the beginning jfc) and let her classmates continue dying, but this i know is also for the plot to proceed (but it's still sucky) pangkalahatang i think Mei was just poorly written and uninteresting.

Megumi Shimizu from Shiki
Okay, I don't hate her at all, heck, I have felt bad for her a couple of times, but the fact that she let her own selfish desires turn innocent people into Shiki irritated me. She had a crush on Natsuno but he didn't have the same feelings for her, resulting in a one-sided attraction between both characters. That's okay but she let her selfish nature get the better of her. In the end, I did feel bad for her but I still found her to be an irritable character.

ORIHIME INOUE.She's useless,ANNOYING,gets on my NERVES,she acts all sweet.UGH.(sorry Orihime lovers)I JUST WANT TO STANGLE HER SO BAD!!!!!!!!

I find Renge to be somewhat annoying.
I don't hate her or anything, I think she can be really funny sometimes X3 She just kind of gets on my nerves~

Takada from Death Note really frustrated me; it's not that she's a bad character (she's a very good one as she plays her role very well), it's just that she pangkalahatang irritated me because of what happened to Matt and Mello (though Matt was killed sa pamamagitan ng bodyguards protecting Takada, and Mello was killed sa pamamagitan ng Takada herself.) I guess you could say I was madami sympathetic to Matt and Mello as they were two of my paborito characters that got killed off, heh heh... ;u;

But yeah... when characters grow on you, nothing is madami irritating than having them killed off.

Her blind devotion to Light through ignorance of how he really viewed her really annoyed me, but it was madami through frustration (like I wanted to reach through the screen and shake her sa pamamagitan ng the shoulders like, "Wake up, get your head out of the clouds! He's using you, he's using you!" The downward spiral of her character's fate, coupled with two deaths at her expense, made me really not like Takada.

Yuka from Elfen lied. She honestly has it better than any other in the show. She isn't at risk of getting murdered, she doesn't have a horrible past, shes not a homunculus, and it seems like she's had a good life. But still, all she does is cry about how Kouta doesn't pag-ibig her, he loves Nyu/Lucy, and it just makes me want to slap her in the face.

Lucy - Fairy tail

Reason: Because she is always crying, and being far too emotional about everything. I also get tired of hearing about her life story. It's, all, just, soooo Annoying!

Also, shes always getting her asno kicked. She also gets far to much attention than she really needs / deserves.

Yuu - This is the worst character, in the history of characters. He is a stuck up little sh**. He treats Hatori like dirt and Chiaki like a sex toy. He tries to force himself on Chiaki, knowing he is dating Hatori and only has feelings for Hatori. Yet, he tries to strip him, just to see his body. He tries to buy Chiaki's love, and when that doesn't work, he tries to force himself on him! Yuu doesn't pag-ibig Chiaki, he's a sick idiot, who only cares about his body. He's a frukin cheater, what idiot tries to make someone cheat on their boyfriend? He treats Hatori like dirt and the bad guy, when HE'S the one trying to ilipat onto someone else's boyfriend! He's a stuck up, cocky, selfish, greedy, little sicko. I was glad Chiaki finally punched him in the face! Finally Chiaki maned up and told him to fruk off!

The ONLY reason he has ANY fans, is because they think he is cute. That's it, plus the Yaoi fandom clearly thinks rape and forcing yourself on others is hot. -_-

Sorry if you like sasuke but I think he sucks and is so annoying
