hmm if you like mafia or whatever you should watch that first, then maybe hyouka? also if you don't want to watch an anime that they suggested then you don't have to, especially if it's just a suggestion. petsa a live. alot of people say its good although i've personally never watched it. and the rest is up to you. order does'nt really matter anyway.
