How do you sumali a Fanpop club?

How do I sumali this anime club? There is no button saying sumali club, sumali this,etc. When you find the club and browse it does it get added to your joined clubs on your profile? Because I have visited the club and nothing appears on my profile. Can you sumali only one club or can you sumali as many as you want?

You have to actually sumali the club to see it on your profile.

You can sumali as many clubs as you want.
