I think it is Himekei Doll,I saw that pic recently too,and I found this site(I found it sa pamamagitan ng their names you see,it says Ayumu and Renji)when I googled it,it sinabi Himekei Doll,and I will probably read it,but I'm still not sure that it's really that manga from the picture :(
