	moognafishjapan picked Yes! It was amazing!: I traveled to Japan with Nagano, Japan/Clearwater, Florida sister cities program in summer 2009. It was a transformational experience that I will treasure forever. I stayed with a host family in Nagano for a week and they were kind enough to be named my second family. Then, my group and I toured Tokyo, Nara, Hiroshima, and Kyoto. The atom bomb museum was heart-wrenching. And I was surprised that no Japanese people glared at us in anger. They seemed to have accepted the past and were ready to make peace. We went to Tokyo Disney Sea in Tokyo and that was rockin'!
