I think she was because all the bad and betrayal she did was to protect her children in the end even if they couldn't see that.

But I guess if you look at it a certain way a lot of the shit she did was to protect her children, and that she sacrificed her self so both of her children could live, but still can't forget a lot of shit. Like the fact Oliver doesn't even know he has a kid b/c of that bitch! Ugh!
