Fear is a limiting thought yet we give it permission to control who we are.
Fear keeps you from being your true self.

So if you fear people coming into your life you are always going to be alone
When you fear something or someone, then you allow it or them to control who you are
If you fear pag-ibig and you see others who have it, you hate what they have and therefore have an opinion/assumption about who they are and try and hurt them sa pamamagitan ng demeaning their character, and everything that you see or hear about them because you think it makes you feel better, when all you’re doing is demeaning the person you really are, because it’s easy to hurt someone else than it is to hurt you
Unfortunately it’s sad if we have fear because we pass it on to our children, this is not to blame because you can’t teach what you don’t know, but as Maya Angelou sinabi “when we know better we do better.”
