Lucerne28 From the back, clothing wise, it does appear to be Gwen's maid.. Pure speculation on my part, but maybe she is accusing/ reporting on a noble person, and the queen has to decide whom to believe. Maybe this is how she becomes part of the household, her reward for her report is to become the queen's maid. Have to say, after all these scenes of Gwen being dragged to the throne room to be judged it is nice to see her in a position of power, doing the judging.

HumbleQueen I like your interpretation, Lucerne. Maybe this is how she becomes the queen's made. These pics are from episode 2, so my guess is she's going to play a big part in the opening episodes. Merlin became Arthur's servant because of what he did to save the prince, so maybe something similar here. From the looks of that one scene in the trailer, yeah, maybe she and Merlin do have a little thing going, Stacey.
