None of them are stupid, but Mary Moo Cow is the most dumbed-down on this list. She's a great parody of kid's shows. I think the rabbit lady you mean is Ms. Tingley, and she has reason to be afraid of Mr. Haney. He wanted to saw her in half! As for Mrs. MacGrady, she's a source of zen wisdom. How could anyone think her stupid?

In terms of intelligence, Binky's (or possibly Mr. Haney) is the lowest, but it's hardly a bad thing as his character has much else to offer and he's so well fleshed out.
