The poll has closed, voting has officially stopped and now it's time to tell you who won our 16th Annual Year-End Readers' Poll.

Avril Lavigne inexplicably took two categories this year. She was voted Canada's sexiest woman, with 53 per cent of the votes, and her "Alice" won for best song, with 26 per cent.

LIGHTS put in some stiff competition for sexiest Canadian woman, racking up 32 per cent, but ultimately couldn't stop Lavigne from taking the category. Hedley's "Hands Up" made a late surge for best song, but it couldn't best Lavigne either, finishing with 15 per cent of the vote.

LIGHTS did, however, manage to beat Lavigne for best hair, with 31 per cent of the mga boto to Lavigne's 20 per cent.

Hail The Villain's Population: Declining accumulated about 21 per cent of the clicks in the best Canadian album category, while Sweet Thing's self-titled debut album came in segundo with about 17 per cent.

Katy Perry's Teenage Dream strangely got madami mga boto than any other disc in the best international album category, with 12 per cent. Linkin Park's A Thousand Suns was the runner-up with 11 per cent.

Simple Plan's Pierre Bouvier better start snapping the nude pics he promised on Twitter because he was the overwhelming winner for sexiest Canadian man. About 39 per cent of you think he's hot. Billy Talent's Ben Kowalewicz was his closest competitor, picking up 15 per cent of the vote.

Danko Jones' awesome video for "Full Of Regret" took the best video category, with 27 per cent of the votes. Avenged Sevenfold's "Nightmare" clip came out of nowhere and somehow accumulated 22 per cent over the weekend to end up in segundo place. That video had susunod to no mga boto on Friday night, but somehow managed to get a lot in 48 hours.

About 13 per cent of you just can't stand vampires, which explains why they're 2010's stupidest trend. 3D is also apparently dumb because it came in segundo with 11 per cent of the votes.

Canadian rock has been deemed the best thing in music in 2010, picking up 16 per cent, while YouTube (is this 2005?) was the runner-up with six per cent.

Finally, 22 per cent of you are fed up with Justin Bieber's sense of self-worth because that won for stinky musical happenings in 2010. The Biebs' annoying ego blew everything else away, including Auto-Tune, which finished second.
