Well, I've never gotten so low I've contemplated harming others, but I definitely have gotten so low that I wanted to die. I actually attempted suicide twice a few years ago when I was 15, and had to be hospitalized the second time. Thankfully, I haven't gotten that low in a couple years. You?

Thats good that you havent ever thought of hurting others, but bad that you were so low that you thought to hurt yourself. :( So I am guessing that you are out of school, right? Or at least high school... if you are, did it make things easier, or was the issue much deeper than that? I'm glad that you havent gotten low like that in a while. Being depressed makes everything, even little things seem so much worse than they are. :/
