I believe Buffy will always (in varying levels, depending on their relationship status) pag-ibig Angel. I don't think Buffy would have ibingiay Angel the hope of a future for the two of them ("I do sometimes think that far ahead..." -Buffy, Chosen) if she didn't still have feelings for him. Plus, perfect happiness and the willingness to give up everything she had to be with him--that's not something someone just gets over, that's the kind of thing that stays with you forever. I believe the same goes for Angel--he still loves her too.
