It's a gift. And as much as he hates to admit it, it's a gift he values a lot.
"Look what I got for you!" she sinabi excitedly to him one araw as she shoved him a neatly wrapped package. He opened it hesitantly, wondering why on earth did she suddenly get him a present. When he finally saw what it was, he was madami than confused. She giggled, "It's your twin!"
"This is.. a doll," he said. "You're giving me a doll."
"Oh but don't you see? You guys look exactly alike!" she told him, a huge grin plastered across her face.
"Okay... but why?"
"I dunno," she shrugged. "You were the first person I thought of when I saw this thing. I had to buy it for you."
"You think I look like a barbie doll?"
"A Ken doll," she rolled her eyes and corrected him.
"Right..."
"So what do you say to me?" she grinned.
"Thank you?"
"You're welcome."
Ed chuckles at the sight of the most peculiar object in the room, he snorts as he picks it up, "Dude, you own a barbie doll?"
"It's a Ken doll," he finds himself saying. "It was a gift from someone."
"Right, right. It was from Blake, yea?" he asks. "That girl does the most walang tiyak na layunin things. Got a thing for you, obviously."
"Dude, she's with Penn."
"The girl calls you 'perfect looking'. Seeing someone or not, that counts as something," Ed smirks.
Chace doesn't know what to say for a moment, but then shrugs it off, "Whatever. Now put that thing back where it belongs."
It might have been the most walang tiyak na layunin gift he's ever received, but it was from someone he thinks the world of. And that is a good enough reason for him to keep the doll.
Okay, so what do ya think??
Hope you enjoyed it ;)
