SISTAR\'s Soyu and Bora talk about the current girl group competition

This summer is one of the biggest summers ever in terms of comeback, with so many top groups making their return around the same time. And you can\'t help but wonder what the these groups think about the current competition.

Quiz to Change the World\', SISTAR\'s Bora and Soyu were asked about the current girl group competition.

Soyu replied, "The girl group competition, we don\'t pay attention to it. There are many genres and there is a lot to see so it\'s nice."

But of course the MCs wouldn\'t let a proper answer like that slide, so they pushed for some more frank opinions, asking if that\'s how they really feel. 

Bora added, "We watch girl groups more attentively than boy groups."

The two were also asked what their secret to great teamwork was.

They responded, "We don\'t hide our feelings from our members and share them honestly with one another. Since we\'re girls, we also don\'t get physical when we fight," bringing chuckles.

Theyre not fake. Try to watch any reality shows that they appear as guests. All you can see is what they really are: simple, honest and jolly girls as always. I\'m not a hater of any other kpop girl group but one thing is for sure, I am always be a Star1. Peace :)

Why are some of you guys say they are fake?? Most of people would have answer like this.It\'s like when people asked you, "how are you?" and you answer "no, i\'m not fine at all"... 

Soyu was trying to be polite, not fake. Sh didn\'t want to seem like she wanted others to do badly. Jeez, calm yourselves.

What the hell is wrong with all you damn people?! I don\'t see why you guys are hating them and calling them fake. In the article it obviously points out that the girls tried to avoid the question BUT THE MC\'s did not let the slide so they were able to push the real answer out of them. Don\'t act like none of you tried to avoid a question with a fake answer before. All Soyou said was that they try not to pay attention but that wasn\'t good enough for the MC\'s so the actual answer was brought out of them and Soyou admitted they do get a little competitive. You guys call them fake and hate them for not giving a good enough answer about competition (which doesn\'t even matter) and make it seem like they say they give to charity but actually don\'t. Like honestly how much can you guys twist things inside your heads and try to find the simplest things to hate Sistar members for? Disagree with what I say then fine but hate me for it then you can fuck off.

Yeah they\'re ok but in reality they hurting because SNSD already overlap them. But its ok girls. Your music now is bad. Next year you need to comeback like \'Loving U\'.

They should have just given an honest answer the first time. There is absolutely nothing wrong with feeling a little competition. It\'s actually a good thing because it will make them strive for better.

Well I\'m glad the hosts called out their fake answer in the first place lol. Every group cares about competition, even the likes of SNSD and Big Bang do. Saying \'we don\'t pay attention to it\' makes them sound a little high and mighty so I\'m glad they were honest in the end.

I disagree with what you\'re saying, their first answer was a textbook polite and neutral answer to avoid any kind of negative reaction to their statements from fans. So many groups out their do this and it has nothing to do with being "high and mighty." The MC also did not call out their "fakeness" either rather they wanted to hear a non-textbook polite response like many of them usually do on so many variety shows in order to spice things up. This happens alot and here we are yet again with a SISTAR comments section filled with unreasonable hate comments for the most non-significant thing.

@xxnintendoxx It\'s not really a contradiction, they literally stated in the article that the answer wasn\'t honest and then opened up after the MCs pressed on. Get a life.
