If you are to judge the candidate, you have the final say on who would be your master(well, except if there's the bell to defeat you).
but, i'm probably too sentimental to be a good judge.

I guess I'd feel less pressure to be the appointer.
The Judge has to be fair but tough, and if I had to end up turning someone down when they felt so attatched to the cards... I'd feel like a big ol' meanieface. Dx
