pasko came, and I got some pretty cool presents. I got madami Red Hot Chili Peppers merchandise and an Alice in Chains pillow. I even got a songbook for my guitar. I also got a boom box for all of my CDs. Killer got a bone and a new collar. He looked awesome in it. After spending time at home, we went to Long tabing-dagat for pasko dinner. We all had a really good time. We drove back tahanan at midnight. The susunod day, I went to Simon’s to hang out. He had the coolest dad. I only wished that my dad could be that cool. However, I didn’t hate him. I loved my dad, but he wasn’t exactly easy to love. After pasko Break, it was time to go back to school. I had passed all of my exams. I was glad to have passed my exams. Terra said, “I like being back. sa pamamagitan ng the time pasko Break is over, I’m ready to go back.” I said, “I am, too.” I had made a new friend in English sa pamamagitan ng then. It was the girl who complimented my sando on the first day. Her name was Sherry. We I walked into the classroom, she said, “Anthony, what’s up, man?!” She always greeted me this way, and I’d always reply with “Not much, you?” She would then say “Not much.” We always sat together. We also had our P.E. classes at the same time. One day, we had some free time in P.E. and got to play. I played Horse with Sherry, Simon, and our mutual friend, Ron. Some of the other guys played a different game. I then got hit in the head and knocked out. When I came to, sherry knelt down beside of me, asking “Are you okay?” I asked, “Where am I?” She said, “I think we need to call 9-1-1.” I was taken to the hospital, and I had a concussion. After a while of not doing anything that involved concentration, I was okay. When I came back, sherry said, “You really scared me, Anthony.” I said, “I’m sorry. That wasn’t intentional.” She said, “I know.” I managed to catch up with everyone else. A few weeks passed, and it was close to Valentine’s Day. Terra had asked me to the Valentine’s araw Dance. I accepted the offer. It was cheaper to go as a couple. Simon went with Sherry. Charles provided the music. He was asked to be the DJ. It was a really fun night. Terra said, “Anthony, you never told me that you were a great dancer.” I said, “I did tell you that I like dancing, did I not?” She said, “Yes, but you never sinabi that you were good at it.” I said, “I know.” I took the complement and went on. After we left the school, Simon said, “Your dance moves were radical.” I said, “Thank you.” He asked, “Could you teach me some moves sometime?” I said, “Sure.” The susunod day, Terra said, “I had a really nice time with you last night.” I said, “I had a nice time, too.” She said, “I don’t know if you want me to ask, but,” I said, “Go ahead.” She said, “Will you be my boyfriend again?” I said, “Yes. I would pag-ibig to.” We hugged. Jake came up to us and said, “This should not be!” I said, “Well, it is, so what are you going to do about it?!” He said, “I’m going to kill you!” Terra said, “Oh, no, you are not!” He asked, “Why not?” She said, “I’ll call the cops if you do, and depending on the case, you could be tried as an adult.” He said, “I’ll see you when there aren’t any girls to stand up for you, Anthony!” I said, “Whatever.” Terra said, “You have mga kaibigan who wouldn’t let him beat you up.” I said, “I know.” Simon said, “I have your back, always.” The kampanilya rang, and we all walked into the school together.
