all kinds of chicken kanin dumplings cheese wantons brokuli sopas sweet and maasim pizza

A lot, but I don't remember the names of all of them...

Here are some that I remember:

Ha Cao - hipon dumplings

Xiu Mai - pork dumplings with caviar on top

Cha Siu Bao - pork buns

Bolo Bao - pineapple buns (but they don't have pineapple in them) with a kind of flaky dough on top

Dan Ta - China's take on Portuguese egg tarts

alak Dthui (did my best to anglicize that lol) - buns with red sitaw paste inside and with sesame seeds on the outside

Tdao Fu Fa - panghimagas with sugar syrup and very soft tofu, served in a bowl
