Eating Chocolate

Chocolate,
The sought-after reprieve
From everyday monotony.
{Can I have some?}

The sight,
That first glimpse
Of the beautifully dark surface.
{It’s amazing.}

The touch,
The mind numbing smoothness
Like waves washing over a hard rock.
{It’s unbelievable.}

The sound,
The hard deep “SNAP!” of it breaking
So you know it can be shared.
{But you won’t.}

The smell,
That underlying mapait scent
And the heavy, masking, sweetness.
{Just take a bite.}

The anticipation,
The tsokolate is near
You think, should I? Dare I?
{Please do, yes, eat it.}

The taste,
That milky, rich, sweet flavor
A tang of thick bitterness,
And then in a gooey gulp, it’s gone.

For truffle filling:
300g halfbitter tsokolate coating
100g butter
100g cream

For flavour:
bourbon vanilla
cinnamon
orange abrasion
cayenne pepper
bitter pili aroma
Cointreu

For coating:
full-cream gatas tsokolate coating
white tsokolate coating
cocoa
finely chopped nuts (e.g. hazelnuts)

For filling:
complete nuts (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds)
dried fruits



1. truffle filling
- heat the cream in a pot and let the mantikilya and the halfbitter tsokolate coating melt in it slowly

-Ingredients :1 large tsokolate pound loaf * black seresa siksikan * 60ml Kirsch+ 60ml brandy * 700g drained black cherries
-Chocolate Custard:90g Dark chocolate,minimum 70% kakaw solids, chopped * 250ml gatas * 250ml heavy cream *6 egg yolks *85g sugar *25g kakaw
