im not Christian but i believe in God, i believe in staying true to myself and standing for what i think is right. but i dont believe that everything i do or say is to please God. my life doesnt revolve around God.. is that bad?
i have a lot madami things to say but yeaa. i need help and some answers. i believe in a lot about God but idk if i have Christian beliefs
A lot of this has to do with the revolving around God. Believing in God is good, that's a good step, and having tanong and possibly a desire to be Christian-like is also good.
It all boils down to humility and selflessness, not to other people (though that is very important) but to God. Accepting God involves accepting that we are weak and he is strong and that we need his help to get to Heaven. In the same way, someone who wants to see a movie but can't afford it, or can't afford it YET, is offered a chance to go sa pamamagitan ng their friend. Yeah they can go but that means admitting that their friend had to help them do this and they couldn't on their own. Yeah the scenario itself is easy but the salvation part is much harder depending on how long you wait.
It also involves selflessness in the sense of understanding that this is the creator of everything we're talking about. He gives us good, water, pets, people, etc. What he asks for in return is for us to appreciate him for it and to spread the word; to work for his goodness. Basically this relates to revolving around God because he wants everything, or at least most things, to be related to him in some way, not just because he wants attention, but because he wants us to reach out and save other people. That isn't to say you always have to be doing nothing but praising God 24/7, you still live your life, but at the same time you say "Thank you, God" for everything, and when there is a spiritual opportunity, you take it (In the case that it may not be a smart idea without learning madami about the situation first it's completely fine to wait until you feel you can actually do something about the problem).
Christian beliefs revolve around many laws but without knowing all your beliefs and if they match up completely, I can't give a definitive answer.
As for if it's right or wrong, yes it's BAD to not be a full Christian. Whether or not it's actually a sin in this case depends. If people simply aren't sure about if it's a good idea, or looking into it to make sure they have good reasons to be Christian, that's not sinful. Only when someone is actually being stubborn about it and purposely rejecting it for emotionally-flawed reasons or incorrect reasons in general is when it actually becomes sinful.
To me, you seem to just want to know madami right now and are unsure. You aren't doing anything wrong and I hope that this has encouraged you to become madami interested in Christianity.
Well, can't tell you for sure and I certainly can't judge whether it's good or bad, but God has a plan with everyone and I hope He helps you sort it all out and find your way....I will pray for you. And I don't know....what do you define as "Christian beliefs"? Because God really honors things like not doing bad to other people and not wishing them such things, honoring your parents and people older than you in general etc. -> things you can find in The 10 Commandments listahan (link) and according to Him, the three most important values are faith, hope and love....do you agree with those?
Pray, that will help you a lot, even if you are not a christian, pray, your prayers will be answered sa pamamagitan ng God.....i want to tell you something, you can breathe and you can even write these words...that's because of God....he let you alive,be happy...i hate people saving God did not pag-ibig them....if God hasn't pag-ibig them, how could they still be alive and be alive?Because God pag-ibig them and ipakita his mercy to them.I should not be the one talking but i want to say them to you...pray and read bible everyday, and soon you will know how God pag-ibig you and help you,and you will soon trust him
Well first of all do you believe in Jesus? And do you believe and that he died for your sins and he is the way to heaven? Because if you believe that you're a Christian.
As far as Christian beliefs, and your life revolving around God, I don't know exactly want you mean sa pamamagitan ng that. There are a lot of things the Bible speaks against doing, and encourages you to do. But that doesn't mean that Christians never have fun. And everyone is going to sin at some point, and once you've excepted Hesus as your Savior your sins are forgiven.
