like 4 or 5 eggs (That´s for one person)
Chop a quarter of the sibuyas into little cubes(I put like a quarter of sibuyas but if you want madami use more)do the same with the tomatoe. Also chop the serrano pepper into small pieces.
Than fry the sibuyas in a pan with some oil already preheated. After the sibuyas looks tranparent add the tomatoe and the pepper.
After 30 segundos of adding the pepepr and tomatoes add the eggs, some salt and scrambled them.
You can use some torillas if you want
