it is about Criminal Minds S4 E20:Adam is guilty. He knows about the crime of Amenda because he helped as the male partner. I think the plot has flaws in this episode. Or maybe there is a third personality-male-in Adam who is the helper.

no he has dissociative identity dissorder so he was not the male partner bec its his own body that Amanda took over. but he did not knowingly participate in the crimes. and Amanda seems like the type of person who doesn't need help and if she did get help it wouldn't matter bec technically it wasn't Adam bec he did after all pass the polygraph.

Amanda was the only one guilty. Since Amanda's body is Adam's body, she doesn't need a male partner to help her tie up the victims.
