i think people are miss understanding me...?

I get your dislike for Ian. I adore Ian Somerhalder but I won't deny that he sinabi the wrong things at the wrong time and for that I'm disappointed in him. His joke came out the way and now people hate him for it and most of them blame him for Nina's departure. I'm not against you disliking him, I'm just against the people who send him hateful messages on twitter. Same goes for the writers...they could've told us about Nina's departure earlier or they could've ended the ipakita this season but they didn't. I'm bummed about the way they've treated this show, they've been doing this since midseason 4! At this point I don't think that they even care about the ratings. Elena stans won't be watching and they've pissed off their biggest tagahanga base, the delena fandom. If the whole delena fandom quits then ratings are gonna tank and don't want that for the ipakita that has been my whole life for 3 years!...Now Nina has made her choice, she's leaving and she basically left us to deal with it. I wish her all the best for the future because she is very talented and has a bright future but I can't pretend that I'm happy that she left. Another disappointment to add to the list.
This is just my opinion. And I didn't misunderstand you at all! I totally get what you're feeling and I honestly don't blame you for feeling this way.

I think a lot of people agree that Ian's behaviors when it comes to Nina most recently have been immature and uncalled for. It made my respect for him decrease. Saying it's almost like he needed to take a pill to act out pag-ibig scenes with her and not attending her going away party was really what made my respect for him dwindle. It makes me really wonder if they did break up due to Nina not wanting to settle down...I just don't understand why it is all of a sudden it seems like Ian makes rude comments and doesnt really bother with her anymore and it seems like there's so much animosity. Clearly he looked in pag-ibig and thought of her as beautiful and wanted to marry her when they were together. But I'm not gonna be a nutjob and tell his new wife to have a miscarriage or any of that either....anyways, in my opinion the only scenario that would be worse than Nina leaving is if they wrote damon to fall in pag-ibig with someone else. That would be the moment I would be completely done with the show. I did not watch years worth of delena, only for it to be completely overlooked and make damon look tacky and severely ooc if that crap happened. It took damon over a hundred years to get over Katherine, only to realise she's a conniving asong babae and elena gave him a chance and understood him madami than anyone. Even so, his pag-ibig for elena also was a slow process and in order for damon to stay in character, I say he will always pag-ibig elena and that won't change. There would be no point in everything delena went through and everything the story has shown us til now if all of a sudden he liked somebody else a season after elena leaves. Now that delena is being put on hold, the only reason I'm bothering to watch the susunod season if I feel up to it is for damon alone. I care about nothing else really. Damon has always kept my interest since season 1.
