Do you guys think this years high-school pagtatalo topic is a good one? ("The united states federal government should substantially increase social service for persons living in poverty.)

i like it. lots of good k ground and the rounds seem to be pretty even aff and neg. the only problem is the lack of topic specific DAs. but the kickassness of politics this taon makes up for it. i think.
