is Hanzo & i am the mayor and founder of this city.
Demons and monsters have been hated & hunted by
humans around the world. Kappa monsters in japan,
Dragons in new zealand, Chupacabra in mexico,
Sasquatch in america, & Sea monsters in irland just
to name a few. As your mayor, I vow to protect
and help the inhabitence of this city."

Thats what i thought, but i knew the inhabitence of this city would attack each other and fight for the
territory. So me & my friend Tomo came up with a
solution,to create borders. Where each monster has there own border & the monsters that get along with other monsters get access to the other monsters border. Each border has a number & each monster
has to register in order to be granted access
to there border.
