This, John or Flynn. Flynn's might be less awful but that always bothered me about the movie.

This, John and Shang. However, almost executing Mulan isn't the worst thing he did. I hate Shang but let's face it he had no choice in that situation, even more progressive, more compassionate and more open-minded person wouldn't have a possibilty to honor Mulan in that situation. Mulan being almost executed because of her gender is never Shang's fault, it's the Emperor's. I blame Shang for another action. I mean him mistreating Mulan during the parade because this is what he did willingly. Mulan's cast is one of my least favorite Disney casts ever. I dislike all good guys of the movie but Mushu( whom I just find OK, don't love).

This, Shang, and Beast. Your description about them sounds so terrible :(

^I mean...but they're all true.
-Beast DID imprison Belle and her Father.
-Shang WOULD HAVE killed Mulan if she hadn't rescued him before.
-John absolutely murdered countless people based on race and was about to murder Pocahontas as well.
-Phillip grabbed Aurora and pulled her back when she tried to walk away-- that's not consent.
-Prince leapt a palace wall and snuck up on Snow White.
-Naveen lied to Tiana and insulted her.
-Flynn absolutely stole the crown from her parents, and given the mural in the town, probably damn well knew it belonged to the lost princes and didn't care

And none of them really had to rectify their actions. The only ones who really get a pass here are Eric, Charming, and I hate to say it, Aladdin. Aladdin it took MULTIPLE attempts, but he eventually was going to tell Jasmine of his true identity. This doesn't negate that he didn't do it the first time, but he WAS going to.
Eric chose Ariel before he realized she wasn't the girl with the voice -- but whether or not he would leave her if she wasn't actually remains to be seen.

Charming is truly the angel here. He may have no personality, but he didn't do anything bad.

^um..... yes. he could literally..NOT execute her. tradition is no excuse to kill somebody.

I feel like: Eric, Charming, Aladdin, Naveen, Flynn... they range from not that bad to eh..that's pretty bad.

whereas I see Prince, Phillip,....very very creepy and not acceptable in real life.

and Beast, Shang, and John Smith...unforgivable. They all caused or were about to cause serious harm to someone. John and Beast the worst, especially John, since he actually murdered multiple people...

this is really making me rethink my prince list lol.

If I did my prince list this way it would be: Charming, Eric, Naveen, Flynn, Aladdin, Prince, Phillip, Shang, Beast, John.

If Mulan did not save him first he'd kill her just because she is a girl, simply awful. And my 2nd pick would be Philip,he's action is exactly the reason why I've never liked him.
But they all kinda awful from this point of view o.O

This is actually the biggest one, because both Shang and John change in the end.

I know he changes in the end (It's why I like him) but if I was in Poca's situation I wouldn't give him the opportunity to change.
