Belle and Ariel.

These two share few similarities. Mulan is a risk taker. Belle takes almost zero risks. Ariel and Mulan are both clumsy. Belle is never clumsy, not even when walking off the back end of a wagon while reading. Ariel and Mulan are both shown to be awkward in front of guys they have a crush on. Belle doesn't even act awkward around the beast. Belle is already confident around him. Belle doesn't save anybody but her dad. Ariel and Mulan both save their kingdoms, even when nobody thinks they're "fit" to do so!

Ariel and Mulan are very much alike!!!!! People around here want to say that Ariel is an extrovert, but she's an introvert with empathetic and intuitive leanings. Ariel is an INTP. And Mulan is an ISTJ. Anyone who is trying so hard to belong/fit in with a human world, IS NOT going to be an extrovert like Rapunzel.

^I find Rapunzel to be far more charming and effervescent than Ariel is. Sure, Ariel throws herself willy-nilly into things, but when she's actually trying to "act charming" she looks silly and awkward. Rapunzel never has that quality.

Which leads me to strongly suspect that Punzie is an extrovert ( gets everyone in the Snuggly Duckling to like her), and Ariel is an introvert who is struggling to make a good impression. Ariel instead makes two errors in front of company ( combing her hair with a fork in front of Eric, and blowing out ash from Grimsby's tobacco pipe onto him).

I agree if Mulan was introverted but Ariel definitely wasn't. Being emphatetic and intuitive doesn't mean you're an introvert. They're very different things.
I don't see how Ariel and Mulan are very much alike, their main goals are very different and their personality are almost opposite.

^I don't see how Mulan and Belle share anything personality-wise. Belle is critical of others. Mulan is not critical of others.

What is extroversion to you, then?

Jasmine is combative, short-tempered and aggressive. Mulan is more gentle and tolerant, I've never remember her being angry at anyone.
