Probably not..Because when Scar plans to kill Simba,he would become king. But wouldn't his brother or sister become king, not scar?(if Simba had any)My opinion... he had no brothers or sisters.:D

No, well none that are shown in the movies. It's always assumed he was an only child, because when Mufasa died, his only family was Scar.

Sadly mufasa ate all the siblings and nala ran away and simba was the favroite so that is what happend. Also nala never knew simba was his brother so they had children.
