EPILOGUE
Lady sat sa pamamagitan ng the pasko tree, watching the apoy in the living room burn merrily, then she turned to look outside to see the snow falling. pasko was coming, and Tramp sat proudly sa pamamagitan ng her side. He seemed to be in much better spirits, as now he escaped quite a few times during the night. But Lady didn’t mind, for she knew that Tramp would always come back to her no matter what.
She then turned to see the tuta posing for photos. The five of them, growing up, also were joined sa pamamagitan ng a sixth puppy, Collette’s new boyfriend Fluffy. While Fluffy didn’t live with them while he had a family already, he stopped over regularly, as he was a next-door neighbor. Jim Dear snapped plenty of mga litrato as they grinned, then Lady and Tramp joined them.
“Merry pasko Lady,” Tramp whispered to her.
“You too,” she told Tramp with a smile.
When they were done with the photos, Jim Dear and Darling showed Scamp and Angel their pasko present in the house: a set of ten pillows that Aunt Sarah was throwing out. Delightedly, Scamp and Angel took toward fighting over one of the pillows.
“It’s your wedding present,” Jim Dear explained.
Indeed, Scamp and Angel were maturing, now in their late teens (in tuta years). Scamp remained considerably shorter than Tramp, and looked much like he did before, except slightly taller than Lady now. Angel’s hair, meanwhile, grew longer in the front a bit, slightly reminiscent of her mother’s hairstyle.
Meanwhile, Annette, Danielle, Collette, and Fluffy were taking a pasko bath.
“Aww, this feels so warm!” Annette stated happily. “I’m so cold normally…”
“I pag-ibig the way this feels!” Danielle added.
“How do you think of this, Fluffy?” Collette asked.
“You’re so lucky, I wish I had madami baths,” he answered.
“You wouldn’t for long,” Scamp whispered as he and Angel giggled then fought over another pillow.
Then, Jim Dear loudly stated, “Darling! Come here, we got some madami visitors!”
And then, the door opened, and in came three madami dogs…
“Ay! Good evening Lassie!” Jock told them.
“Uncle Jock! Uncle Trusty! So happy to see you!” Annette, Danielle, and Collette stated, just being removed from their baths. Fluffy then followed to sumali them.
Scamp and Angel dropped their unan and went to sumali the sisters in greeting the visitors. But then, Angel gasped as she saw… “Mama?”
“Hiya, sweetie,” Peg answered. “I moved in over here… Jock and I got married,” Peg explained. “And their family… gave me a nice collar.”
“Ay,” Jock explained. “When I first saw her, I was, well, suspicious of course,” he stated. “But I learned a wee bit from your own husband,” he told Tramp.
“How are you feeling?” Peg asked Angel warmly. “Everythin’ going fine?”
“I guess so,” Angel cheerfully stated. “I’m so happy that you can live in a tahanan now!” Angel delightedly told her.
“Yeah,” Peg stated softly. “And now I can see you whenever I wish.”
Meanwhile, Scamp went up to Angel and said, “It feels a lot better now… guess what, Pop promised me to open the fence tonight! Wanna go on an adventure?”
“Oh, sure!” Angel giggled. “Where to?”
“Pop told me all about this place beyond the hills, even further than Dusk Way!” Scamp exclaimed. “It’s supposed to have all this great food!”
“Ooh, great!” Angel answered.
Then, abruptly, Jim Dear and Darling came into the house with a letter.
“What is it, Jim Dear?” Darling asked.
“It’s a letter… from Roger and Anita! They’re coming in a couple of days with their dogs…”
“Well, we better should start to prepare,” Jim Dear explained. At once, they all started to clean the house up.
The cleanup of the house took a little bit, and then, just at the end, Jim Dear stated, “Wait, everybody, before our guests leave, we should have one final picture.”
Lady and Tramp stood in the center, and then, standing in front of them were Collette, Annette, Danielle, and Scamp, with Fluffy and Angel standing on the sides of either of them. Trusty stood on one end of the picture, with Jock and Peg standing together on the other side. They all smiled at the picture as Jim Dear smiled.
“Happy holiday,” Lady stated happily. “It’s my fourth taon now with Jim Dear and Darling, our segundo Christmas, Angel’s first Christmas, and a wedding araw with two of our puppies.”
Lady smiled broadly at her large family, and thought, despite all of the runaways, she lived with the best family that she could possibly live with.
