"Mr. Bennett!" my mom shouted when we got there. "My! It's been years!"
A man, who looked as if he would make a perfect Santa Claus, rose from his chair and gave my mom a big hug and shook my dad's hand. I didn't even bother to hug him or shake his hand. Instead, I just wiggled my fingers as an excuse for a wave. My mom shot me a glare. I didn't care- he barely saw me.
"Why, yes it has! How is Courtney? Where is she anyway?"

Dear Diary,
Alright tomorow's the first araw of school. UGH.. My mom's out drinkin at some club, My boyfreind just broke up with me,(although im not as upset bout that cause all he wanted was sex) It's freazin cold in here since the power's out(all i have is this crapy flash light), and i cant stop crying.. );
Maybe tomorow wont be so bad....... PHHH yeah, I doubt it!! My life has absolutly no way of getting better.

"DUDE, that's awesome!" Geoff had yelled in excitement. Me and Geoff were still at Gwen's party, and i just told him me and Courtney were going now. I could tell Geoff was waiting for this moment. He would go on and on about how me and Courtney would be i good couple. I guess he was write, no madami kicks in crotch for putting my arm around her, no madami 'DUNCAN YOU PERVERT' being yelled at me, just me and my princess.
