Personally, she loves Jacob. Physically, she's in pag-ibig with Edward.

Edward because he says that he would still want her even when shes a vampire and Jacob says that he would rather see her dead then become one of them

it's hard to say, both of them pag-ibig her but i think edward's pag-ibig is madami intense

It's totally Jacob! He made many sacrafices for Bella! Edward only wants Bella because if he dumps her, she'll tell his secret!

jacob however needed to wait for his imprint to come along to know the truth of his feelings towards bella

I think they pag-ibig her equally but in different ways. I think Edward loves Bella madami passionately and Jacob loves her madami compassionately. They both adore her and they are both great guys for her. They both go out of their way to protect her. It's just canon that she ends up with Edward. Personally, I'm on Team Jacob so I think that sucks. But it's what happened.

Edward loves her and they are soulmates. Edward would always pag-ibig her even if she died or left. But Jacob loves her madami because he would give up everything for her. And she would give up everything for him (New Moon)! Although she would risk her life for Edward. She would also do the same for Jacob which she already did when she punched Paul in the face. She almost got killed sa pamamagitan ng the rage of Paul. So my answer is: Jacob loves her more.
But I have to say that Edward and Bella are soulmates although I hate them together. GOD I STILL WISH THAT THERE WOULD BE AN ALTERNATE VERSION OF THE TWILIGHT SAGA.

Okay they both pag-ibig her but lets stop for a moment and think Edward left her in the forest sa pamamagitan ng herself with no protection while he knew Victoria was after her. In twilight I think of Edward as obsessive and sort of a stalker he watched her while she sleeped. Jacob is very sweet and positive while being around Bella the only reason he may of came off as a jerk in New Moon is because he had to keep her ligtas so it was not a jerky or selfish decsion but as much as Ioveeeeeee Jacob (TayTay) Bella and Edward are in love
