un-fortunely they left Jellal's fate one of two thigns life in Prison or Death so I do not think that Erza will go through the puso ache of trying to rescure Jellal not to mention Jellal told her not to Rescue him because he had accpeted his fate
nope. *SPOILER*SPOILER*SPOILER* erza and company are in a coma state on tenrou island due to big dark black dragon. 7 years have passed and other fairytailers have been searching desperatley for tenroujima and finally they found it. and jellal is JAILBROKEN!!!!! sa pamamagitan ng ultear and meredy.

we'll unfortunatly its the magic council there dealing with. even if erza will fight to get him out of jail, fairy tail will be expelled from the league....
Well,maybe you all know erza better than me but base on my observation,erza will not trying to get jellal out,as if they do that their guild maybe expelled from the league...but erza is a strict and strong women,she can controll her emotion and being independent,but i do agree that perhaps natsu and the others will try to get jellal out because natsu take care about his mga kaibigan and he even thought jellal was one of his comrades...so thats my answer...
