Is there a way to change the kasabihan of a club if it's abandoned?

Well, me and another user were wondering if you could or not. If you can could you tell me the steps on how to do so?
It's for the Total Drama Island club, the kasabihan just says "A fansite for Total Drama Island", not very creative.
Oh and if you could tell me how many characters are permited in the motto? So when/if I hold a contest people won't go overboad, that'd be great, thank you! :)

^read that and proceed as you would with a banner/icon change..make a pagtitip. to collect ideas, make a pick for people to vote then ask the f4 to change it. i have no idea what the character is but i suggest you browse some spots to see how long they usually are!?

Thanks for your help! Yeah I thought it might have been the same process as a icon/banner change but I just wanted to make sure :)
