Regarding new fans . . . What does this mean?

I was notified of a new fan. When I clicked on their link to view their bista sa tagiliran page (Get an idea of who they were and where I was spotted) I was taken to the fanpop.com page. I also tried to access it through clicking their icon in my fans list. It did the same. Has anyone ever had this happen and do you know what it means?
