She is right, I do not know if you can, but if so, you would no longer receive magpabago in that club. The club remains there, but you would not be listed any longer under fans. If you wish to leave any club, that is your choice, so if it will let you~ you can. If you wish to a remove an entire club you made then that is another story & takes reporting the club & explaining.
It's the same as if you unfan a normal club, you don't get the magpabago and it's not in your club list. But, you can still edit the club. Like I unfanned a few of my own clubs, but I can still change the motto, banner, and icon.
