is Their a problem with fanpop website like it's updating or problem with certian web browsers ?

for some reason tagahanga pop every now and then keeps refreshing i cant seem to do anything when it does it , it did this a few weeks nakaraan for the past few days it's been alight but now it's starting to do it again and i cant like/ save what i'm a tagahanga off like bidyo and pics in clubs why

I use Google chrome web browser sa pamamagitan ng the way is their a problem ?
