You can go to a users bista sa tagiliran and check their activity there. But i don't believe it's just me who think it's overbearing to go to activity and then rate or whatever you'll do.
I think it would be a "search-fan-pane" at every spot where you can paghahanap for a tagahanga and see everything that the tagahanga has post at the spot your on.
Like this:
1. Go to a spot
2. paghahanap for the user you want to
3. Then you can pick between icons, photos, fanart, videos, artikulo ect. (It's like when you "Searh Fanpop")
