What language are the letters on his arm and what does it say?

The tattoo on his right arm is his jersey number at both Liverpool and on the Spanish national team. The tattoo on his left arm is written in Tengwar, a language created sa pamamagitan ng J.R.R. Tolkien and is used in Lord of the Rings books and movies. He also has a tattoo of his wife's name, Olalla, and his daughter's name, Nora on each of his arms. The tattoo on his leg is of a petsa and I read somewhere that it's the petsa of the first time he kissed Olalla but I don't know if it's true.
