1 Avocado, peeled, stone removed and mashed.
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
juice from half a lemon
2 medium potatoes, seeded and chopped

STEPS:
1. Chop the onions, garlic, and tomatoes.
2. In a bowl, mix chopped onions, garlic, and mashed avocado until well-blended. Add limon juice and mix well. Set aside.

2. Spoon a mixture into little panghimagas cups or glasses and chill in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
