You would have to probably send a letter to her. Its kinda hard to find her address too. There's some services for celebrity addresses that you haveta pay for. I couldn't tell you how they work from experience because I have never used them before. Even if you do send a letter to Fran, you might not get the autographed picture in time for xmas.
