Odd as it is my paborito character is Machi. The way she acts reminds me a lot of how I act. She's shy, kind, and thoughtful. But also can get angry, and doesn't know how to express her feelings well. She's smart but can be slow to get things, but she can also be quick to act when needed. She also likes anime (Hence why Yuki always gave her Mogeta related things).

Hmm..It's actually tied between Tohru-chan and Kagura. I really like both but I prefer Tohru she's really a great character with her positive attitude even with all the negative situations she's been in and how she tries to make every situation into a positive one (well almost every) anyway. Well Kagura I mainly just like her in the anime.

kyo :) i pag-ibig his attitude and personality and hes adorable (i actually really dislike tohru and yuki).

I like Momiji because he's madami than just a cute face...he also has a tragic past, and he continues smiling, even though he got rejected sa pamamagitan ng his mother.

I like Kyo because of his funny temper, and how he's really a nice, misunderstood person deep down inside.

And I like Shigure and Ayame because I think their "lover's relationship" is hilarious.

I always liked Kyo the best. He was a complex character that everyone hated, which resulted in him taking his anger out on them. At the surface he was just an angry kid, but he really wasn't. :P

Akito Sohma.

I just adore her character. How complicated it is, and how she can appear so stable on the surface but on the inside is incredibly unstable. She's both the tormentor and the tormented. Her mother's cruelty towards her caused her so many insecurities- like if she's really valuable, and if everyone will truly abandon her in the end. It drove her to do crazy things that hurt herself and those around her. She was afraid of so many things, and it was tearing her apart.

There are so many tragic characters in Fruits Basket, so when it comes down to it, I can't hate anyone.. Akito was just the character that struck a cord with me first, and the impact remains.
