I would think Major because of his huge arms and body, I bet he can take Grand easily, but I don't no about Al, Al a little on the soft side. And Ed's good at Martial arts.

I don't like Major all that much, but he'd definitely win in a fight.

I think Armstrong would win,although I don't think he would agree to a fist fight with Ed,Al or Roy in the first place,because despite his appearance he's more "sensitive" then anything,I do recall him fighting Scar,but that was because he felt he had to.

A fist fight? Well, duh, Al is the physically strongest, with a body made of steel! Armstrong is the second strongest, but without alchemy, he can't be as strong as that. And it's a fact that Ed's never been able to beat Al when they spar with no alchemy, so no, Ed would not win.

you have to consider that Armstrong may be strong enough to bring down a house with one punch, but he's fully human (so he has limits) Al never tires so he'll wait until Armstrong is weak from exhaustion and K.O.

a close tie with armstrong,al,and the general but remember:a fight isn't just about hits or K.O's its also about endurance and how long u can stand, because al doesn't 'feel' pain it breaks the tie

It took BOTH ed and all to take him down so they aren't really even an option, and we hardly ever see roy punch anything.
