Does the series really end with just the 28th book????

I just finished pagbaba the 28th book on mangafox. and i can not believe it ended like that there has to some sort of mistake!? but i dont know where to look for information on it, could someone help me!!

I can tell you that the manga doesn´t end in the 28th book. It´s just that they're coming out really late and i don´t know why, but don´t worry it doesn´t end like this. But you can read the manga in mangareader.net they come out sonner them mangafox.
