Season 2 ends at Nationals in New York?

I read an artikulo where Ryan Murphy sinabi what is happening in Glee season 2! And he says that the segundo season ends at Nationals in New York! That means that "New Directions" will win in the Regionals the susunod season, right?-(and the writers are not sure about New Directions winning in Nationals?)
