Here's the basic explanation quoted from the welcome post: "In light of recent incidents and member interest, I’ve created this blog for the Gleeks at the Glee Fanpop spot. This way we have another place to connect outside of FP. I don’t know if we’ll use it a lot or not, but it’s worth having even as a back up means of communication.
Also, this way we can all stay connected without having to follow one another."
We found today that it could be beneficial to have another site outside of Fanpop to at least communicate for fun or for emergencies if needed. There's a few people already on Tumblr so I created the blog so it wasn't necessary to follow each other. (Because blogs conflict)
