Who Is Your Favourite Greek God/Goddess and Why?

One of my favorites is Artemis. I have a huge affinity for the moon, and she is a goddess of the moon. She is the protector of young women, which is also very cool, my being a young woman, coming of age. I pag-ibig that she had so much power in her own right. She swore to stay a virgin, and she did, which was awesome for the sole reason that she was such a powerful, independent woman without the influence or repression of men. I like the story of Actaeon catching her bathing and her turning him into a ng mga lalaki and killing him. xD I'm so nasty..

Oh, and I know she's not exactly a goddess, but I ADORE Cassandra. She's just amazing.

Helios, Selene, Hades, Persephone - greatest of all... They didn't deal with mortals, had their own life

Dude, Hades, I mean summoning undead minions to do your bidding, that's pretty cool.

I like Pan, the god of nature. Because of his resemblance to a satyr, he's a freak and an outcast. I have always been ridiculed because of my horendous appearence and have always been a social misfit, so he kinda reminds me of myself

Poseidon.

I like his powers. And I pag-ibig water.
Plus, he's Percy Jackson's father. :))

Artemis, because mga hayop are sacred to her he loves being with nature and she was bravo and talented.... :)

Hmmm, I like Athena, but she doesn't have much of a sense of humor, plus she's kinda mean. I'd have to go with Poseidon, he's amazing. Or Artemis. She's so awesome, what with the whole "eternal maiden" thing and the goddess of the moon thing. I like the night.

I really like Hermes cos he's so clever (and he RIPPPED his older brother) and he basically invented Music (yes i know Apollo was there first, but still...)

well i would say zeus because he deafeated the titans and his own dad. and aphrodite because she is the goodess of beauty and desire which is like every girl's dream lol. p.s the percey jackson books are awesome and the movie is coming up in febuary so YAY!! xoxo

I like Apollo. He seems pretty cool, plus he was supposed to be the handsomest god on Olympus. I also like Athena cuz she was wisdom.

my paborito is athena because she was the goddess of wisdom.

my paborito god is zeus. most people don't like him, but i do...a lot. he has madami power then the other gods and goddesses put together. he rules over olympus and pretty much the world. and his lightening bolts. i can't forget that. and that goes along with his powers of storms. my paborito goddess is...artemis.artemis is free willed and is protective of being a girl. she really does have "girl power"

Athena, her temple at Delphi is gorgeous, and it's circular, unlike most of the others. Goddess of wisdom and battle, a brilliant combination that I myself have used many times!

Ares, being god of was is a huge thing. War is powerful.

posciden because well first of all he controls the sea and the sea provides life for hundreds of species on earth
athena because she is so wicked smart although a little to logicall if you ask me.
