Well seeing as I'm a guy I can't choose, and if I were a woman I would pair with Artemis for various reasons, mostly the immortality, and the eternal respect.
As a god though Apollo (Artemis's Brother) was always more... amazing.
He drove the sun chariot, which raised the sun high in the sky for all to see,
which helped grow crops, and keep inhabitants alive.

Au contraire, my friend. One: that is called an opinion, and everyone is entitled to one. Two: my opinion is that Artemis always seemed… wiser to me. Besides, if it weren't for her, the waves would stop, nighttime would be a living hell in the dark, and we wouldn't have the beauty that is the moon and stars. I do think that your point about the eternal respect and such is true.
(P.S. I know that Apollo is Artemis's brother. Who doesn't? xD)
