again dificult this time, as i cant really stand either character at the moment, but i picked izzie because i suppose shes been a tincy bit less whiner than george recently even though she did push him to leave his wife even if marrying callie was the worst thing he ever did! my god these two are definatly messed up! and people say meredith is! lol!

Well, It's hard to chose. I really liked George untill season 3, he was so sweet and cute and it was hard to find a men like him, but now I hate him! He is so unsuportable!!!
And I liked Izzie when she was a rockstar and when she dated Alex it was the best couple ever.
Personally I think the Gizzie thing is soooo guilty from the downhill of Grey's!!

I saw flirting too. Izzie was jealous way back when he was dating Olivia in season 1. Alex gave george a condom and Izzie got totally green, she looked so angry, LOL. And then she started teasing George about his imaginary girlfriend. That was how I acted with this girl I liked when I was a little boy, teasing her all the time, telling her no guy would ever like her, of course I did, LOL. And she is now my wife. LOL, what do you call joking about sleeping together? And they acted like a couple, the divorce lawyer thought they were a couple back ins eason 2 because they were fighting so passionately like lovers. And Izzie was throwing death glances at Callie, I am sorry but no best friend talks that much about her best friend and his love life or gets that jealous of all the women in his life. Noone. Anmd nobody hugs them that tight like Izzie did when she was trying to let him go. The signs were there since season 2 and they nearly hit us on the ehad with it in season 3, either you did not want to see them or you need new glasses. The whole it is me it is US bit, please! LOL, you think Callie made off the whole she has feelings for you bit? Now Shonda may change the story because she is a coward who is afraid of the haters, which is a shame as from what I have seen, us Gizzie fans are the majority, but she said at the beginning that all the relationships those two went through, Denny, ALEX, Callie, Mer, so they could find their way to each other, they were just obstacles to their love story, her words.

well then i applaude you for being able to see all that but i neevr saw past thinking they were a great brother and sister team and i know im not the only one (no not just other izzie and alex supporters)! its just all gizzie supporters think its because we dont want to see anything but its really because we honestly didnt see anything, and its not because were thick or too young to understand it that we didnt interpret it in the same way that gizzie supporters did, and thats not an insult of any kind! i just think this whole argument needs to be a bit more civil instead of throwing insults around to people that just have complete opposite opinions!

Whether you saw it or not, it is beyond clear now they are in love, like Katherine Heigl said, she wants them togetehr because there is such pure joy for Izzie when she is around him. Izzie never looked at Alex with that much love, never lit up like a Christmas three just looking at him, never smiled so much. And truth be told, George was ALWAYS able to make Izzie happier than anyone. He makes her happy and in her eyes, he is great, sexy, sweet and perfect, her words to Meredith. Any two people who love each other that much should be together. They surely have not been acting like siblings in the last few months

Oh and many many people did, a writer of the show said she klnew fans who wanted thsoe two together since episode 3 of season 1 and they were writing Gizzie fanfics back then, so you might not have seen it, but I did and many others did too. And I am sorry, they knew each other a year, no way can you become like siblings after a year, at the least if you said you only saw friendship but siblings, they joked about masturbation together, siblings don't do that and if they do, they need mental help

George, I love him, I love his beautiful soulful eyes you can get lost in for hours, his warm smile that lights up the whole room, his contagious laughter, his sweetness, his humor, his strength, his loyalty, he is the best.
But I adore Meredith too, Ellen is the one actress who has chemistry with everyone she works with

I picked George since I think he could more easily be redeemed. He at least SEES that he has made some massive mistakes and he is not proud of himself after what he has become. Izzie has become a hypocritical mess.

As far as judging people who did not see Gizzie coming, KH said herself that it was a plot twist that was unexpected, and TRK said he was surprised when the writers told him that his character would become an adulterer.

Katie also said that Shonda had told her from day 1 that she and George would be paired one day, TR said the same. Katie said in a new interveiw in Australia that she believed in Geore and Izzie, that being with George brought Izzie pure joy and that is why they should be together, she said she hated the adultery but believed in Gizzie's love and could see them being on and off for the next three years. She loves Gizzie just like all of us Gizzie fans and we will never give up the fight.

I read it too, it was in a New Zealand interview and then she did an Australian interview where she said she wanted Gizzie to be long -term. I have both mags, if you are not in Australia, you won't have them. I live there. Also she did an interveiw with The New York post and she said, that half the people loved Gizzie and half hated them and her goal ws to make those who hated them to love them. What different story, in all her interviews, Katie said she HATED how Gizzie happened but she loved them as a couple. In Vanity Fair, she again repeated she hated the affair, she never said she did not like the couple, just that she hated how they got together, TR said the same. Where is the contradiction, some people see everything black and white with no depth. She did say word for word she loved Gizzie, she felt less VIOLATED doing love scenes with TR than with anyone and it felt natural and real kissing him

Last season when we slept together, the writers explained to me that for Izzie she was not in a place to even think about connecting with someone else after losing Denny. but their drunken one-night stand was so amazing, they connected so well and were such good friends that it wound up with her thinking 'I'm in love'. She tried to keep her feelings down because he's married but now she's not trying too hard to do that. it's still kind of confusing and up in the air where they're taking their relationship.

Shonda (Rhimes, the creator) and Heigl and I had talked about all this when we were making the pilot - the possibility that some day they'd get together. We thought it would be funny and also because if you're comparing hearts, theirs are fairly similar so that's interesting to explore. I think there are a lot of different ways to go and a lot of volatility and complication with pairing us up so it will be interesting to see where it takes us.

TV Guide: Didn't the TV audience react badly when they first go together?

Yeah, there was some vocal dissent. I think it's interesting to have to convince an audience to fall in love with these two people being together, to believe it. We will have to see if they are going to give us a chance to make this happen. But, unfortunately, there is this idea that a happy, healthy relationship isn't good drama so I think there will always be conflicts and problems for Izzie and George.

I think Izzie deserves some happiness after losing Denny and I'm really committed to this storyline. I really believe in her and George. There are moments where you see them together and I'm like, 'See that's why' - because there is such pure joy for her to be around him.

I've given up on thinking what I want because you can't help but get attached to your characters and you fight for them but you don't always get a say in whether they'll be happy or not. Whatever happens I hope he continually makes horrendous mistakes because that's exciting. interesting, and human and that makes him a real human being!

George made Izzie turn against Meredith...All because he can't keep his freaking feelings to himself.

God, that was back in season 2, get over it! izzie of course picked George's side as she loved him, even Cristina did. He did not rape Mer and she should have known he ahd feelings for her, hello even egocentric Cristina did. They were both to blame and George like a MAN apologized, and Izzie chose for herself, she is not braindead.
